there are different ways to immigrate to canada

closed work permit
If you have a job offer, we will apply along with your potential employer a Canadian authorization to hire a foreigner. We will then apply for your work permit (if you have a partner or children, you may be able to bring them along as well).

work experience IN YOUR COUNTRY
If you have professional or trades work experience for more than one year and an intermediate to advanced level of English and/or French, this is the path for you (your age should be considered in this option).

sponsorship
If you have a partner or parents or siblings with permanent residency or Canadian citizenship, they can sponsor you and give you residency. There are other family members who could also sponsor you.

provincial nominations
If you have professional or trades work experience and an intermediate to advanced level of English and/or French, a Canadian province may choose you and offer you a provincial letter of support, which will lead to permanent residency.

study
Studying in Canada will open professional doors for you. In addition, it will allow you to obtain an open work permit at the end of your studies for 1 to 3 years. Your partner can accompany you with a work permit and your children with a study permit under certain conditions.

CANADIAN WORK EXPERIENCE
If you have professional work experience in Canada for more than one year and an intermediate to advanced level of English and/or French, this is the path for you (your age should be considered in this option).

your visa was denied
Obtaining a visa to Canada can be very complicated because the immigration agent thinks that you will not return to your country. We have a lot of experience in reapplying for visas with subsequent approvals, but the decision always depends on the agent.

you were denied the provincial nomination
The provinces are very careful in that applicants shall meet the established criteria. A small mistake can lead to the denial of your application. We can help you identify the underlying reasons and propose solutions.

you were denied eta
You have been denied your eTA due to security or court and sentencing issues or you still haven't received any news after endless months. We can assist you in identifying the best route around these difficulties and support you in a new application using our professional experience and knowledge.

your work permit was denied
There are several reasons why a work permit may be denied, but it is not impossible to obtain one if we analyze the reasons for denial and identify the best strategies to strengthen your case.

your study permit was denied
There are many reasons why your study permit may be denied. It is not impossible to get an approval, but it is necessary to identify the best strategies that will allow the immigration agent to understand that your case is strong and deserves to be approved.

you were denied your sponsorship
Sponsorship denial is highly frustrating because it is one of the most complex and time-consuming applications out there. It is important to understand the factors of denial and reevaluate your case, as well as the possibilities and alternatives for reapplication.
